It’s been a long time since I last posted a Zach’s photo online. And many are wondering why? Now, I am posting these photo’s to slam those people who were busy talking behind my back about me being a young mom😘
The fact that I got pregnant at age of 20, has been a question to everyone. But as far as I am concerned, age is just a number that it doesn’t define you as person or as a mother.
Yes indeed, becoming a young mom makes you miss a lot of outdoors activities and adventures. That sometimes makes you feel upset about those moments you’ve missed. You may lost a lot, but one thing is for sure by having a child, you have gained so much more.
Aside from gaining an angel on your life, you also have discovered and revealed your strength that you never thought you had.Becoming a young mom comes a lot of hardships and judgement. People would stare at you questioning your capabilities of raising a child at an early age.
By that, as a young mom, I can’t help but to feel like I have to constantly prove myself to everyone. In the end, One thing I can say is I’m a mother and I’m happy about it. In fact, it is my biggest achievement and my greatest passion. I love being a mother. And it doesn’t matter that I am young.
I always knew I am not ready of becoming a mom at a young age.But when I knew I was pregnant I never think of it badly. Upon knowing so, one of my friend hugged me, and told me to NEVER do an abortion. I just smiled and told her that it never came up my mind for I already committed a sin by getting pregnant without getting married so I don’t wanna double up my sin. I know that having a baby at an early age will change my life at an instance but I knew as well that he will be my biggest blessing and by the time we first met him our hearts had been filled with so much joy.
Lastly, let us all remember that age won’t determine a good motherhood. That becoming a teenage mom doesn’t mean that your life is over; for it brings us new beginning. And to those who judge me as a young mom, you’re not the one paying my bills so shut the fuck up. I’m so done with you people.
And to those young mom out there like me, do not condemn your actions. Be proud for you have done it will. Your baby will love you no matter what age you got pregnant. Focus on your baby and on your future..
But always remember to enjoys life as it is. You are a soldier mom. A fighter and a survivor. Be proud and loud. Embrace it!
